Returns and exchanges

Goods can be returned within 30 days from the date on which you receive the package without giving a reason. You just need to fill out a simple form and send it back together with the product you are returning to the address provided in the form.

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
They must be complete.
They must be packaged in unused and undamaged original packaging.
They must not be sent later than 30 days after you received them.
They must not be used, damaged or bear visible signs of use.

The Cotton Ball string lights must be sent in the same condition that they were delivered in, i.e. in separate original packaging.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will send the payment to your account within 14 days.
